WhatsApp CRM Beta Launch
Our first version launched with basic WhatsApp inbox management. 50 beta users signed up in the first week, providing invaluable feedback.
Instagram & Facebook Added
We expanded beyond WhatsApp to include Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger, becoming the first Indian CRM to offer true multi-channel messaging.
10,000 Business Milestone
Whatsally CRM crossed 10,000 businesses on the platform. Over 50 million messages processed. Team grows to 30+ people.
IVR & Enterprise Features
Launched WhatsApp IVR call system, advanced AI chatbot builder, and enterprise-grade features including custom SLAs and dedicated account management.
