1. Refund Overview
Whatsally CRM offers a 7-day refund window for new subscriptions. We want you to be completely satisfied with our service, and if you're not, we'll make it right. This policy applies to all subscription plans purchased directly through whatsally.com.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if: your subscription was purchased within the last 7 days; you have not violated our Terms of Service; the refund request is for your first subscription period; you have not previously received a refund for a Whatsally CRM subscription. Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund: email support@krptechsolutions.in with subject 'Refund Request'; include your account email, subscription plan, and reason for the request; our team will respond within 2 business days. Alternatively, you can call us at +91 92430 08606 during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM IST).
4. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved: credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days; UPI/net banking refunds: 3–7 business days; PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: subscriptions beyond the 7-day window; add-on services or one-time purchases; WhatsApp Business API setup fees (charged by Meta); subscriptions cancelled after the free trial period; accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
6. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. For unresolved disputes, you may contact your payment provider or bank.
